Default AC Problem with 2011 ct200h

My A/C heating is not working correctly. I blows hot air on the drivers side and cold air on the passenger side--year around. Something seems stuck but no amount of fiddling will work. Any suggestions?

It could be low on refrigerant. It leaks/seeps out over time. You may want to get the A/C serviced. Our cars use electronic compressors though so make sure the technician that services it knows its a hybrid car. Apparently special refrigerant is needed.

I take it you made sure dual climate control is off?
