Having an issue where the power trunk does not latch at certain times where I have to get out of the car and manually push the rear trunk hatch down. Is this common issue? Thank you in advance.

Can you elaborate on "not latching". Does the hatch come down partially and back up with beep?
Or it closes fully but the lock/catch mechanism fails to engage?

If you use manual effort to close, is the hatch balanced? If you leave it at a spot, does it stay there?

Does it behave differently when it is cold?
