2007 Lexus RX350.

Have a primary key and fob that work.
Have a second key that is programmed to the immobolizer (this key will start the car), however, the unlock/lock and rear hatch buttons don't work. I have tried the open/close doors/keys in the ignition dance, but no luck. Does that method not work on the 2007's?

Any freeware out there that can do this? Such a ripoff to have to pay to have this done.
