I have been having an issue when trying to do anything related to a key fob. I tried to link the key fob and I get an error saying unable to link due to 2 key fobs being in the car. Same thing when I try to lock the car using the app. Unable to lock because key fob detected in the car… there is no hidden second key fob inside the car. I will be far away from the car and key itself and it’s detecting a key that doesn’t exist. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

 

Did you just pick up your car? Do you have the wallet key as part of the car? Some dealers have forgot about the wallet key card in the glove compartment.. Have you checked?

 

This sounds like it would be the problem. I didn’t know what a wallet key was before googling it so the dealership didn’t mention it. I checked the glove compartment and don’t see anything though. Where is it located in the nx350h?
