First step is wash that mess off to get a proper look at the leak source. Rad is probably shot but that's a guess. You also need a new battery soon it is leaking acid.

Friend be warned, coolant leaks are serious.
I warned my neighbor about his when I saw him pouring water in his radiator every morning before work and before you know it the tow truck came to haul his car when he got a blown head gaskets and more.
What ever was leaking finally broke like a dam and dumped his coolant all over the highway and ruined his engine.
Thanks for the responses. I rinsed off the coolant and changed the cap. Gonna have a mechanic change the radiator or whatever is necessary. Attached a couple of new pics. The second pic is from the front side of the radiator. There is a little coolant puddle after I told my wife and son not to drive it. They don't listen very well. lol
