Default 2009 rx350 awd no reverse HELP PLS!!!

Alright hopefully someone can help me got a 2009 rx350 awd, I had just replaced the transfer case cause the fluid had all leaked and ended up burning out the bearings to the output shaft, now i assumed the transfer case was the only problem based on a visual inspection, and knowing the that car won't move when turned over... So after replacing the transfer case with a used one which got from a dismantler, thinking everything would be good, after turning the car over and shifting through the gears, nothing would happen when shifted to reverse. Although D 1 2 3 4 works fine, will at least from what i can tell cause no traction, ive checked the transmission fluid and its up to where its suppose to be. Then I lifted the vehicle up with all four wheels off the ground. Tried it through the gears and again reverse dont do anything while d 1234 goes just fine although there was something I wasnt too sure about when gassing the vehicle in drive, when getting up to 40-50 mph according the speedo, the vsc light would come on and steering would feel like its out of control, now im not to sure if its suppose to do that or go smoothly means theres no traction,

Now also I read through some threads based on transfer case going bad, is it possible that when the damage was done to the transfer case it also damaged the rear differential

so basically my question is what's wrong with my reverse and is my rear differential out as will?

Can you tell if the transmission is trying to go into reverse? If the car was on the ground, you would feel a jerk type motion like when you have your foot on the brake and put the transmission in gear. If there is no jerking sensation, then I would have to say that the transmission has a problem.

As for the differential being the problem, I seriously doubt it.

Theres no movement what so ever, but when its put into reverse you can actually hear a change, not sure from the transmission or not but it sounds like its engage but just no movement, but I actually was able to push it back and test drove it like that and everything was fine just that it couldnt reverse

Also i decided to drain the transmission today and the new fluid I had just put in looked as if it was fluid sitting in there for years it was all dark, could it be that when the damage was done to the transfer case it burned out the reverse gear somehow, due to the fluid coming out like that?

Btw I forgot to clarify that I had put in the new transmission fluid right after the transfer case was replaced so being said the nrw fluid was just in there for the past few days
