Heating Issues - Drivers side vs passengers side
If the water was coming from the roof drain openings (meaning the bolts which hold the roof rack (I had a similar leak on my driver's side, it was coming from the bolt. I sealed it and it fixed the issue. Could be that in your cae it is both the front and rear bolts which are loose and are leaking into the cabin, my best guess. This is the only entry point of water into the cabin. Good luck.

I may well be this because when I park my car on the kerb, the left side is on the road as the right side is on the kerb. So naturally the water will run towards the left side of the car.
ATM I’m trying to find a mechanic that will actually look at my car, no one wants to touch it as it’s such a mission.
Need to change the water pump and while I’m at it, will change the thermostat and alternator belt too.
Need to also change the water inlet hose and housing as there’s a leak in the joints.
While we at it, might as well do a full service.
When it rains, it pours…
I read that to change the water pump it’s at least a 6 hour job and involves hoisting the engine to gain access 😱
