easiest way to replace the glass on the driver side rear view mirror?

 

Easy job. Watch this video -
In the video, the car has dimming mirrors, so there are wires on the back of it. If you don't have the dimming mirrors, you won't have wires.
The guy uses a rag to pull the mirror off. I never thought of using a rag. I always use a wire putty knife. The rag seems like a good idea.
