Lexus RX330 reverse wire gauge in taillight

Lexus RX330 reverse wire (EXISTING INSTALLED WIRE not cam wire) gauge in taillight to attach and install back up camera to?

Wrong section, but the backup cameras don't use a whole bunch of power so you can use like a 14 gauge wire and be fine.
