Greasing out U joints...is this grease ok?

Greasing out U joints...is this grease ok?
Hi everyone, i had stumbled across some videos of how to grease up the transfer case and diff u joints (grease nipple). I wasn't sure which grease to use. right now in the gun i have Mobil 1 synthetic grease (for bearings, suspension), it's red in color. Is this okay for greasing up the joints? thanks
