Windshield washer fluid wont come out
I have an 04 rx330 the windshield washer fluid will not come out. I have checked the fluid the level, the sprayers for clogs, hoses for kinks, and verified the motor is working. The rear wiper works fine any ideas possibly frozen fluid what else could cause the fluid to not come out?

Run the washer and check if a good stream of fluid flows out.
But seeing where your located at, its probably frozen like you suspect.

Are you in freezing weather? If so and you do not have the " winter blend " fluid in the line it would freeze up. park the car some where warm and let it thaw. run that fluid out and put the winter blend in.

not all washer fluid is created equal. I've had it freeze up before and my fix was to idle the car for an hour or so to get the hoses under the hood supply the jets hot. Sometimes the water freezes in the bottom of the holding tank, which is sometimes mounted outside of the engine bay, so it is harder to warm that up. Another thing you can try is topping off the fluid with good fluid with a very low freezing point, as it can dilute and start to melt the stuff already in there. This is all assuming your fluid is frozen.
If the problem is not immediate, you can wait until a warm day to see if the washer fluid works then. If so, the fluid does not have a high freezing point, and you should run through the fluid and replace it with something better.

So update it worked 5 hours later after it sat so probably was frozen bad note is I was using rain-x. So no idea what happened it was 22°F when it was frozen I drove in -16°F and the windshield washer fluid did not freeze so no idea what is going on. Maybe the half used bottle of washer fluid had gotten water in it from condensation.

Old cars with old window washer systems will have condensation and other residue in the pipes, kinda like a really old house. it's probably best to do a flush in the summer. Here's a Link
