It was i who had my BANKS switched.

BANK 2 AF sensor is what you should replace first.

Out of curiosity how much did the engine cost you?

 

Tried cleaning it and it didn't make a difference. It truly is stuck at 5V. I'm going to replace it and report back. Thanks for your help!

 

$1500 CAD tax in shipped to Toronto. I opted to go for one without an oil cooler because the ones with were $2500+. It came off of an AWD 2010 Toyota RAV4. Drives like new now!

 

Just wanted to update that the B2S1 A/F sensor really was bad! Changed that out and no engine lights! The only thing left is the TPMS sensors as some how the computer lost all the programmed ID's! Thanks for your help everyone, especially @@Nad1370!
