Just finished replacing both front CV axles due to rotational grinding and popping. And the exact same grinding noise is present, but the cv axle popping is gone.
Passenger in the front seatcan feel Center rotational grinding noise and vibration at his feet.
Outer bearings are tight, transmission fluid is full and not burnt. Anything else to try? Thanks for your time.

 

Even though the bearing might be tight, it could have spalling or pits on either the inner or outer race. Replace passenger side bearing with either OEM or USA made Timken bearings.
