Yes, I have one here in Canada. 09' RX350 SGM with navigation package. I looked for quite awhile for a J code RX to buy. They are around it seems if you look.
Interesting that even though they are supposed to be the same as the Canada built ones, when it comes time for parts replacement they each have different part numbers in some cases.

As an example of different parts, I have a 07 (North American) and needed a master power window switch. The part numbers for JDM and NAP were different and when I finally found photos, the buttons on the 2 switches were positioned differently. Why they did that escapes me.
