the rear door will not open by pressing the button inside or on remote. I get the beeps but will not open. any suggestions?

is it unlocked? perhaps the solenoid for the unlock actuator died. Check to see if you can manually unlock the door then try the power open feature.
Will it open by hand?

Prior toyota door lock actuator i have used to fix both a 2003 and a 2009 toyota avail on ebay..

I assume in your cryptic message that you are talking about the rear hatch. If so, your struts could be very weak and need to be replaced.
