While the rear hatch is auto closing on my 2015, I can't unlock my doors by grabbing the driver's side door handle. Is this the same for others?

 

Same issue on my 2013. Put the groceries in the back, hit the button on the hatch, grab the door handle to get in and nothing happens. Gotta wait until the hatch closes. I always forget to unlock before opening the hatch, which would solve the problem.

 

Mine is setup to unlock doors on a quick tap on the rear hatch button and also open the rear hatch on the long press. No such issue to report. The auto-open part is a dealer-set customization option (should have came this way from the factory!). The unlock might be set in the menus.
