I originally ordered the RX330 with just Nav last week. I decided to add PP after reading all the good thing about it. However, my dealer told me that in order to get PP, I have to order it with Lexus Link together, which is $1200 more! I went to the website to build the car and the option without Lexus Link is still there. I am going to check with other dealers this weekend. Has anyone heard something like this? Thanks.

 

I have the PP with the Nav. And I do not have the Lexus link. Try another dealer if one is nearby or else have dealer call Lexus for assistance.

This never came up at my dealership when I ordered the car. Really have no interest in Lexus Link and wouldn't want to pay for it.

 

I brought this issue up in a recent visit to my dealership to get a free wash

and I was told that Lexus is soon to discontinue the LexusLink Program because it's analogue based and most people will no longer have analogue cell phones...

seems silly that this was required as part of purchase - you may wanna doublecheck

are you serious? don't all Lexus customers receive complimentary car washes for as long as they own the vehicle?? That's status quo here in DFW. In fact Sewell Lexus just upgraded their car wash facility to accomodate as many as 60 cars an hour - they even vaccum the interior...

 

Wow that's amazing. As far as I know, I only get a complimentary wash when I bring it in for service. Is there anyone else getting free car washes whenever they want?
