Default 04+ ES330 OEM nav in RX?

I searched in this forum, but couldn't find an answer.

I have an '04 RX330 with no nav and no ML. I was looking on ebay, and saw that both units have the 2 major harnesses:

and the back of a rx330 base radio:

Besides needing the following:

-Navigation Antenna
-Metra double din mounting kit

Don't really have a need for satellite radio or back up camera. Are there any other reasons why an 04+ ES330 nav wouldn't work/fit on a non-nav, non-ML rx?

For one, doubtful you can make it physically fit properly....
The RX Nav is only a screen for viewing, the electronics are located in the rear of the vehicle.
The ES 330 Nav I believe is an integrated unit located in the dash.
Lexus are difficult complex vehicles for electronics, nothing is easy for modifications or upgrading & $$$ to do so properly.
