Any noises stand out when trying to start the vehicle?

 

Prior to this issue, everything was OK, no battery problems?

Is there even a click when you turn the key?

 

Get the check engine code read. pepboys and other shops like it read the code for free, or you can buy a code reader for $20 or so, and then read up on what the code means online.

The guys are asking if the engine turns over, or if you get just a clicking sound, or absolutely nothing when you turn the key.
