Can someone please tell me if there is a difference in the connector for the bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor2? I ordered a sensor 2 listed on eBay for RX300 as post cat and I have been told by the independent garage that the connector only matches bank 1 and not bank 2. Are they correct or just confusing between sensor 1 and sensor 2 instead.
The local Lexus garage only quoted me two types of sensors but wasn't forthcoming on the question whether these were sensor 1 and 2 or sensor 2 for bank 1 and bank 2 as they didn't want to shop around. The part nos quoted are L89465-48170 and L89465-48180. Advice and pictures for each will be highly appreciated. Any pointers to finding connector adapters to convert one type to another will also be appreciated as I have already bought the L89465-48170 from (the description for which simply says sensor 2 post cat ):
