leak fixed, now need drain hole cover replacement
Thanks to threads and videos, we were able to have a body show finally fix a leak that the dealership did not fix.
The body shop cut open the metal where the sunroof tubes empty into a box so the tube could be extended through the floor.
We no longer get water on our floor boards.
When we pulled up the carpet to dry the underneath area, we noticed that one of the rubber drain hole covers is missing.
There is a drain hole under each floor board that has a rubber cap that can be pulled off to let water drain.
Does anyone know where we can get a replacement for this part?
Thanks.

<<Is it this Toyota part# 58136-0E030 ?>>
The part I need is similar to that Toyota part.
It has been a few weeks since I removed and replaced one of the hole covers on my RX330.
My recollection is that the cover on my RX330 is round.
The Toyota part# 58136-0E030 hole cover does not look round.

It's a 2004 RX330.
We only have a little over 50,000 miles on it.
The car has met all expectations except for 2 things: the drain tube issue and the dashboard issue.
The dashboard has cracked all over the place. It's a known defect and we are on a long list for a free replacement.

Call Lexus and confirm, but I just checked and that is part number for drain plugs in floor. Hard for me to see with their black and white diagram on my phone, but looks like round plug with a square collar to me.

Nice to see your leak is fixed. Shame they had to cut the panel, but they've extended the drain down into the rocker panel where it should have been in the first place. I'd bend that panel back and if welding isn't possible, silicone seal it or duct tape it closed.

What really would have been nice is if the Lexus dealership had accurately diagnosed the problem. Their proposed solution was to caulk where the rear bumper connects.
The body shop that did the work suggested we wait to see if the repair works before they seal it back up.
We heard some wind noise in the car on the Interstate recently. I am wondering if the open areas caused that.
It looks like the repair worked. So, we will get the body shop to bend the metal back together and weld it.
At the same time, they suggest letting them remove the seats and carpet and underneath layer, wash the floor and dry it good, replace the underneath layer and then reinstall the carpet.
They want $300 to do that. That seems okay to me.
The Toyota part listed in this thread above is not the right part.
I pulled one of the plugs out from under the rear floor board yesterday and took pictures.
The pictures are attached. I will reach under the front floor board to make sure it is the same part.
Thanks for the replies. Cars are complicated
