RX330 Manifold Coolant Leak
I have a 2004 RX330 with 86,000 miles. I took it in for a oll change and check up at the dealer. They must of seen me coming. I was told that there is a small leak from a cover under the intake manifold. I never saw anything on the floor of my garage, so this was new. The dealer said this is a common problem.
The dealer said that it was a $1,500 job to replace the gasket. One of the manifolds needs to be removed to get to the cover. I don't know what parts are involved, but also have no clue the effort required to replace this. Is this the going rate?
I appreciate any guidance.
