I use silicon inserts for existing blades in one of our cars and they do last longer and cost about the same as, or less than, a whole blade from many places. They also seem to work better than rubber.
For our RX, we tend to use whole blades (on sale) from Costco.

I bought a pair and didn't find them any better than an average blade regardless of what it's made of. Have yet to find anything (including the Bosch Icon) that is as consistently excellent and long lasting as the Rain-X Latitude wiper blades.

I tried a lot of brands including silicon ones and like the OEM ones from Toyota the best, the bosh brand has some grey graphite coating on them that seem to work smoother than most other after market ones.

I purchased Trico Wipers from a auto parts store which are designed & priced for commercial fleets....
a couple of months later with a lot of ice, snow, a couple of days of rain, maybe not 100% the best on the market, although much better than average for the lower priced category.
Only a couple of faint streaks towards the bottom of the windshield when the wipers are moving downwards.
As far as wear & tear, time will tell.

I found these

Any experience with them. Curious if they are the same one lexus is selling in lexus packaging.

Tried Trico but the driver wiper dragged and made a noise after 1 month.

YMMV but after trying PIAA Super Silicones I didn't find them to be worth the cost and hassle of tracking down and ordering. Went back to Bosch but any of a number of quality blades out there will do.
