Lead Lap
As Lexuswiz mentioned in another thread, flushing and bleeding are essentially the same, flushing just does it quicker. Have you owned this RX since new? Do you have any service records or carfax? If not register it with Lexus and check it's service history to see if anything's been done to it. Here's how:
Go write down your VIN and register that RX here:
http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/
Once registered, hover over the service tab and go down and click on service history. It will then list chronologically any maintenance done by Lexus. Once I registered mine, I could see a lot of maintenance done at Lexus by the prior owner which was a nice thing to see, although I inspected fluids and the car thorougly at purchase and knew it was in good shape, so I bought it for the wife on the spot. Registering is free and without getting any tools out or opening your hood, you may gain some insight into your RX's history as I did. Who knows, some of this stuff you've been asking about may have been done already.
