Default RX 350 won't start. Help!

I got home yesterday from vacation and my car was completely dead at the airport. A service man came by to give me a jump and after he connected to my battery after a few seconds the car starting to honk, he connected to the battery backwards! I then connected the cables correctly and tried to jump. The car would not start. I believed it to be a dead battery so got a new battery and put it in. No luck. The lights come on, but it does not turn over, no click, no nothing. The dash board lights up and the check engine light and the oil light come on. I've checked some fuses but can't find anything blown. The screen does not come and neither does the AC. Can anyone help me!? My car is stranded at the airport and my warranty is up so I am trying to avoid a tow to the shop. Thanks!

Crossed polarity = blown fuses. Read this thread, it doesn't pinpoint where they all are but it gives you an idea that there may be a few affected:

Hopefully that's all it is.

It's a 2009. Also the check engine light is on.
