For any of you who paid to have your dash replaced, how much did you pay? Hopefully I will have time, during service business hours, to call and ask, but, wanted to ask here while I am thinking about it. I have a 2004 RX330 with many cracks and I never received a letter stating they would replace the dashboard, so, they will not fix it saying my VIN# does not qualify. Why? They will not give me an answer. Frustrating

 

I have no idea if this is true but my dealer told me we got a $2800 repair free by the dash being replaced under the warranty enhancement.

 

I would try another dealership or call Lexus Corporate to find out why your car doesn't qualify.

 

$2100 parts and labor when done by a reputable body shop at $80 an hour. The $2800 quote above is similar to what I received from the dealer at $120 per hour.
