I received a recall notice that the dashboard on my 2004 Lexus RX 330 was to be replaced in May 2015. Then it was June. Then September. Last I called I'm told "no one knows when" -- probably January. This is Lexus of Orlando.

I would like to contact corporate to see if I can get this repair "moving." There is a huge chunk missing from the passenger airbag side, which is probably dangerous if there was a crash. There are numerous additional cracks (including above the GPS screen).

On top of that, my steering wheel leather has also worn away and looks terrible. THIS is Lexus "quality"?

Go to MYLEXUS site, register your vin # and than you can contact them.

Guess they got 'clever' like Ford and everybody else and made it impossible for you to reach anyone in a position of authority.
The system has been altered thus that your complaint reaches some low level employee to which those that are responsible for the problem in the first place, pay no attention.

It does help to some extent if you indicate that a copy of your complaint goes to a well-known motoring mag.
