Lexus Canada new webpage removes Service History section
hello,
Lexus Canada re-worked their webpage. One of the major draw backs is owners cannot log on, like US Lexus owners, to view their service history, recalls and so on. I was disappointed by this and I sent an email to Lexus Canada about this problem.
Here is the response I received from Lexus Canada:
Thank you for your most recent email.
As previously advised, we have recently launched an all new lexus.ca to better serve our valued guests. Club Lexus has now been integrated into our website as a whole. These improvements are intended to facilitate navigation and ease of use while continuing to offer our loyal guests a special and exceptional experience.
Our new website provides an enhanced digital and ownership experience that will allow you easy and consistent access to Lexus from your desktop, tablet and Smartphone.
While your service history is no longer available online, your Lexus dealer would be pleased to provide you with information regarding any records you require.
If you desire, you may view or print your previous, current and next required maintenance services or access a full schedule of the services required at each 8,000 kilometre interval (for Lexus vehicles model year 2000 and newer.)

We hope this is helpful and thank you again for contacting us.
Sincerely,

Hello, May I please get directions or the hyperlink so that I can view the
service history on my vehicles. I was able to do this prior to the webpage
being re-done. Thank you in advance, Chris
