confused about in dash GPS

Default confused about in dash GPS

Hello everyone

I am looking to change my cd / tape player to an in dash gps. Theya re not working now,s o it is why I am doing it.

this is what I am thinking of buying

now, for the in dash GPS, I am not sure what size to buy and/or other cables to buy and/or get? Can someone guide me who knows about this! thanks!! I have a 2005 rx330 lexus

Run a search on metra, they have been used with success I believe. You will need a separate steering wheel controller. I used metra access on my install, been working fine since 2011.

But I am still not sure about the size of the GPS I should get =(

so if I get this

It's not really the screen size that matters. The Metra kit supports single and double DIN. See also:

If you can't perform the research and install yourself then you may want to find a reputable local installer.

ahhh ok!! I thought I would need a special size screen for the double din! either way I might take it to the dealer I am a bit worried to mess something up ha ha!
