I think you should stick with FK20HR11 at least as manual states and SK20R11 doesn't fit your 2008 RX modle

Others may fit 2007~08 RX350:

NG-6619 NGK - Iridium IX Spark Plug
LFR6AIX11 NGK IRIDIUM IX OEM - Spark Plug
DILFR6D11 NGK Laser Iridium - Spark Plug Iridium-Platinum; Resistor

2008 RX350 AWD/FWD Owner's Manual

comparing the specs of the 2 plugs.. FK20HR11 and SK20R11,..use what is in the manual for your car. The plug reach is different though all the other specs are the same.

specific details can be compared at sparkplugs.com

Yeah I am going to stick with what the owner manual suggest. Will probably have those plugs replaced at 120k miles or when the valve cover leaks gets worst, which currently isn't. BTW, my mechanic suggested me to use Mobil 1 high mileage oil, which I did. He said sometimes those high mileage oil can lessen the leak somewhat but not guaranteed. I went with it since I have always use Mobil 1 standard 5-30.

Good plan with the high milage oil. They have conditioners in the high milage oil designed to swell up hard to access old seals over time to prevent leaks. Older cars operating in drier hot climates may benefit more.

When the plugs are needing servicing, its a very good time to replace the valve cover gaskets as needed.
