Default No Power at all

Need some guidance, my 2003 RX300 doesn't have any power when I tried to unlock the car with the key fob. The security alarm is also no longer blinking. There is no crank noise or any noise for that matter when I turn the key into the ignition. Steps I 've taken so far:
1. Replace the Key fob battery (spare one as well) but no avail. A red light on the key fob when pressed.
2. Verified that the car battery healthy indication is good (ie. its color is still GREEN)

I am thinking it could be the car battery or the immobilizer. My next step is to try to jump start the car although the last time i had a dead battery it would still crank but this time the car is just dead - absolutely no power nor noise.

Happy to hear some guidance on how to go about this. thanks

Check all connections at the battery. If all connections look good, take your battery to have it tested.

I wouldn't trust the "green" indicator on your battery. If the battery was good, something would turn on. The immobilizer won't stop the electronics (stereo, gauges, etc) from turning on...it will only prevent the engine from starting.

+1 Have the battery tested under load. Most auto supply stores can do this.

First thing I would do is go to Costco and install a new battery, if that doesn't solve the problem, Return it.
Maybe the starter?
