I have a 07 RX350. No Nav. Just the AM/FM CD radio. The am selection has "SAT" on it, but when pressed it doesn't go to SAT. Are you saying there is a module/device that I can have installed that would let my factory radio scroll to SAT from the AM button?. If so I would get it, or have it installed if too difficult.

All the systems have that button, however, for awhile there was not even an XM/Sirius module for sale by the dealerships. Was always "coming soon." For now, the best you can do is third-party. Such as:

Yes. I had what was XM radio (before SiriusXM merger) at the time dealer installed in my wife's 2007 RX350 using Lexus part 86180-0W030. It was expensive, close to $900 if I recall, but works fine with the factory head unit. Install is involved, including loosening the rear bumper incredibly enough. We had it done in 2009 and it's been working fine since. Apparently the part is still available as noted in link below...
