Shifter lights not on?

Shifter lights not on?
I've noticed that whenever the headlights are on the console lights on the shifter are out. I'm not sure if I'm not turning the right switch or if the bulb is shot. Any suggestions?

Soundss like the bulb is out. I have a question for you though, does your cigarette lighter have a light at night? I thought mine did when I first got it, but it doesnt light now.
