The squeak here is similar to a squeak from a door hinge: metal rubbing on metal without lubrication. Any decent leather "conditioner" will soften the leather and add moisture which should solve the problem. The "squeak" is a symptom of the leather drying out, and is a cry for help. One of the best conditioners out there is the Zaino conditioner, which also smells great!! I have been using it on my two Lexus cars for years. Highly recommended.
