Did a search. This particular did not show nor did I get any info. Some stuff has been done but some I am interested in knowing if it's really important to get done.
Your 2005 Lexus RX 330 is due for its 110,000-Mile Service.
Services recommended by your manufacturer and Lexus Of Glendale include:
INSPECT DRIVESHAFT/PROPELLER SHAFT DUST BOOTS
INSPECT CHASSIS' BODY NUTS & BOLTS
ROTATE TIRES (meh got that covered)
RESET ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT REMINDER LIGHT (do my own oil changes))
ROAD-TEST VEHICLE
INSPECT BALL JOINT & DUST COVERS
INSPECT AIR CLEANER/ELEMENT (riiigght)
INSPECT BRAKE DISCS/ROTORS (did that)
INSPECT BRAKE PADS (done)
REPLACE ENGINE OIL (thanks but I did that)
INSPECT STEERING LINKAGE & BOOTS
REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER (done)
How much should I be looking at here with the stuff I have not already done? They said they would do a free inspection while they do my carpet recall also.

Tim, bite the bullet and get it done. The detailed inspection is important especially at that mileage (I saw your speedo, 114K!). Have you ever changed the trans fluid? Didn't think so.

Don't underestimate my OCD on taking care or my car lol. Yes I did a flush when I had the front differential fixed at abbot 98k?
I have done allot of work on the car myself with help if you look at the list. Bite the bullet is fine but how much do you estimate? I guess it won't cost me anything to get it Checked out. But I don't trust dealerships for good reasons.

I don't really know in that situation, you've done most of the cost items. They love to inspect them looking for stuff to repair so maybe they will do it when you do the carpet thing.

I am worried about the noise I get every time I hit the gas that sounds like a drive shaft belt (if there is one). Does not sound horrid but I can hear something. A slight whine but not that loud sound you hear from people whe they turn.

Just my two sense but, I have an 05 RX330 that just hit 100,000 miles and I always use the dealer to maintain my RX.
One thing i recommend doing since you do most of the work yourself is to get a copy of the maintenance schedule your dealer recommends and follow it on your own. 90,000 miles on a Lexus is when the most expensive maintenance schedule is due. Everything is suposed to get done. Some of the tasks that are performed during this interval are: all of the belts are replaced, the water pump is replaced, all of the fluids are replaced and systems flushed. In my eyes, i am keeping my vehicle from breaking down on the side of the road somewhere or in my driveway. If anything, it would be a good guide for you as to what you should be changing/looking for next.
One thing that gets done on my car that makes a huge performance difference is getting the fuel system cleaned. I don't know if you have the ability to do this at home. When i had the 90,000 mile service done, the car performed much better than it had been. Remember Lexus doesn't use fuel filters so the fuel system will need to be cleaned out about every 15-20,000 miles.
Also, my rear differential makes a humming noise when cruizing. I wonder if it is the same thing you are experiencing.
Thanks
Josh
