Default New ****!

I've always kind of wanted one of these but not enough to pop for 150 or so. I found this one while trolling eBay just before it went off so I bid and got it.

The color is correct, it just looks black in the shade, it matches the dash and the wood is birds eye maple so it looks like it belongs.

Price?? How is it at matching the color of the stock wood trim?

When I had to have my center console replaced the colors did not match well.

Actually, it matches better than the solid **** to my eye. You can see the birds eye pattern on the new **** but the solid one looks like walnut to me. I got it for 60 bucks shipped.

I see a similar one listed online now at eBay for $150.

^^^ Yup that's the one I got but from an import company I buy from and I paid a bit less and no shipping cost Gotta pay to play though. Rare items guaranteed to fit rather than take a risk of buying one that does not. They actually had to make mine since they do not hold them in stock anymore.

Glad Carver got it and took the risk even though it was an educated one

They come up frequently, I saw a nice one go for 50 bucks a couple of days ago. The LX **** fits the GS and RX maybe some others but those for sure.

The **** in the photo in OP looks just like the one in the 2006 ES330 I just sold. It would make sense for Lexus to standardize on a thread for these things so maybe they're all more or less interchangeable.

I can say with certainty, the LX **** doesn't fit the 2GS, and won't fit the 2RX. 2 years ago when I bought one off ebay, the seller claimed it would fit, but the chrome stem is much longer on the LX ****. Looking at the chrome stem's length is key
