Guys,
i went to give an interview, parked my car on the street came back and the black plastic covers that are on the 4 sides of the racks are broken off? WTF. So the RX looks ugly i cant seem to find the part number for that? any help would be appreciated.

The antenna is broken off also, so i need to change that also?
i will post up pics later.

If the parts you are talking about cover the bolts on the corners of the roof rack, the part #'s are 63491-0E010; 63492-0E010; 63493-0E010; 63494-0E010. I removed my roof rack some time ago and have it in the garage. Don't have the part # for the antenna.

 

thanks! by the way you took the whole roof rack off? of just the bars in the middle? how does the car look? i was thinking going this way but the rubber is missing from the roof where its bolted on so the water will get in???

 

The whole thing. I prefer my RX with no roof rack. To me it looks better and besides I was not going to use it anyway. Several people on this forum removed their roof racks. If you search roof rack removal, you'll see pictures.

 

I found 2 part #'s for an antenna mast:

w/ emergency messaging system---86309-48050

awesome guys, i just ordered the parts to take the roof rack off.

I think i need the antenna + the black thing it screws into, because its broken. Please see attached pic.

Yes i was thinking that might be a possibility, just wanted to ask the more informed people here to steer me in the right direction, i want this fixed but dont want to spend a grand doing it..

yea, that + i need to take the whole roof liner out, i wonder if there is a easier way maybe put a aftermarket antenna? or sharkfin?
