Can somebody tell me how to get at the tweeters (in my 2005 rx330)?

I have a rattle that I'm hoping is just a loose tweeter, but I can't figure out how to get the little mesh grill off to see.

btw, I mean the tweeters in the front pillar, not the ones embedded in the dash.

They have a little mesh grill over them - Does that just pry out? Since it's so visible, I don't want to bend it trying to pry it out if that's not how it works.
