Default Dashboard speaker grill removal

Hey, anyone done this yet? I wanna take out the old speakers and slap my tweeters in it's place. I'm tired of staring at them at the top right and left corners of my car

The side ones u just have to remove the pillars then u can grab the sides of the grills and pop them out. Use a needle nose pliers to remove the plastic clip off the top of the pillars. The middle grill i used a credit card and popped it out
