2008 RX350 for $22K
Do you think $22K is a good deal for 70K mile car? No navigation. The Kelly Blue Book value for trade in is about 18K for good condition and the suggested private party is about 20K. Do the RX350s have a lot of problems when they get over 50K? Thanks for sharing your experience.

Don't know about the 350s but my 2005 RX330 with 60000 drives, looks, and acts like new. I have replaced the windshield wipers, tires, brake pads, and air filters and that is it. When it isn't dirty from the winter snow, this car looks like new. I say that if you find an RX that you like at a price that you like don't worry about the mileage, assuming that preventative maintenance has been done.

The 2008 RX350 is a great car with few poblems. 70K is a lot of miles with no warrantee but the $22K is a good price. I would go for this if the car is in good shape. IMO....

Made an offer for 21K
I made an offer for 21K, but the dealer said it's below his costs. Do you think I should stick with the offer or you think 21K is a little bit high for this car? Thanks for all the replies.

Negotiate
They never throw out their lowest price first off. Car prices are always negotiable. Stick to your guns, don't call them and don't get a burr under your saddle. That is not the only RX for sale. You would serve yourself well to shop around anyway. Also check service records to see if had all services done at a Lexus dealer. See when it had brakes and if tranny/diff fluids were ever changed etc.
And, offer to allow them to back date the ticket to 2009 so it may help them out a bit with sales volume for the year. My 2 cents worth I would not buy a non CPO used car with that many miles.
