I am new to the forum, I hope I can get some information. I recently purchased a used rx 330 with 32000 miles. I purchased it from a used car dealer not a Lexus. I also purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty. The car is pristine, however when I picked it up the car I noticed the passenger headlight had condensation in it. The dealer indicated that he would fix the light. My question can the light be fixed or is a new headlight assembly the way to go? I also noticed that the car was made in Canada and when I looked online for headlight assemblies, I noticed that cars made in the usaor japan take different parts. Anybody know anything about this? Also, would the extended warranty cover this?:

I am very Leary of 3rd party extended warranties. I have always felt they were a commissioned add on that often did not deliver what they were hyped up to be.
But a 33K mile RX is a very low mileage vehicle which should give you so little trouble in my opinion. As for the headlight condensation, I don't even think you would get a no charge replacement if your factory warranty was still intact? There are several threads pertaining to this very issue. I would recommend a reseal as soon as possible, especially if you have factory HID's.
