Default Wiper issue

I have 06 RX400h and recently noticed that passenger side wiper hits the bottom rubber when it goes down, anyone else have this issue? it's the original oem wiper

Loosen the nut and set it up where it will not touch and tighten it again.

it is definately not in right place because my neighbor owns same car and by looking at it i can tell mine is not in right place, any special tools? just loosen, reposition, and tighten it back that's it? no need to take it in to dealer for this?

That's it. Very simple. 14 metric wrench.

Our windshield cracked recently, and we had to have it replaced. The repair service put the passenger wiper too high on the windshield. It was really easy to take a wrench, take off the nut holding the wiper on, reposition the arm and tighten it back into place. It probably took me longer to find my wrenches than it did to fix the problem.

One neat trick is to take one of those masking tapes [3m blue] and lay down about 12" of it along the edge of the wiper as it sits on the screen now. This will give you reference when you reposition the arm.
