That's just the Thundercloud grille. You can order it at Sewell Lexus, I believe.

you can find it on ebay as well. In Japan its called the horizontal grill. there's a guy from from Kyoto,Japan(checkebay) selling them

 

I bought one for my 2007 RX 350 that I will belighted to sell it to you at a most reasonable price. I installed it and used it for approx. 3 months but went back to the original. Looked great but wife preferred the original. It remains in the original factory box. I stripped one of the fastener post but a nut works well. Otherwise, the grill is like new.
