Default Carson Lexus grills....?

I am in the market for a billet/chrome grill.... I came across some on this forum and Carson Lexus...

Can someone tell me the difference between the CarsonTuned early style grill to the later style grill?

Is the Sportsdesign grill the same as the CarsonTuned grill?

if you want a chrome grille, DIY it. take off your grille, remove the L emblem, get some aircraft paint remover, spray, wait, wipe/rinse off, do again if necessary, end result, chrome grille. search for DIY chrome grille and you'll find pictures.

all 01+ grills have the bigger L and fewer slats. I like the oem SD grill because it's chrome on the edges but still grey on the inside.
