Hi guys,

The power windows are stuck on my brand new 400h. None of the windows will roll down (they're all up right now), including the one on the driver's door. The windows are not locked. The windows cannot be rolled down by using the buttom each door either!

Also, the automatic door lock/unlock button does not work!

Any ideas how to fix this? Could I have screwed with some factory settings by mistake?

 

Sounds like a blown fuse. Check your fuses

 

brand new?...warranty

 

Take it in...they might need re-initializing....

 

Took it in... they figured out the problem... losse wire. All good now!
