Did you turn the rotors also, or just change the pads?
T's in advance.
Turning rotors has been discussed here at great length. Other car forums too. There are two schools of thought on this. One groups says turn rotors every time the pads are replaced and the other group, me included, says turn the rotors when they need to be turned. As an example, I started getting my first feeling of pulsing in the brakes on my 15 year Acura Legend at around 116000. I put new rotors on at that time and they still only had a small ridge on them. Probably would have passed inspection for thickness and I would have left them on had the pulsing not been there. Imo, rotors should be inspected at brake change intervals but, honestly, your foot on the brake pad will tell you when it is time to turn them.
