With the price of gas going up every day how many of you use less than premium gas of 91 octane or more with your RX350 ? Here in Arkansas most gas comes in 87,89 and 93 octane. I have been alternating 89 and 93 octane gas when my fuel guage shows a half tank. The blend gets me the recommended 91 octane. If my fuel guage shows less than a half tank I just fill it up with 93 Octane and then start alternating again when it gets down to a half tank. My wife has an ES330 that I put in 87 octane even though the owners manual says to get peak performance use 91 octane. My 2008 RX350 owner's manual does not give you that leeway. It says use premium or 91 octane, period.
