Default Please Help! I need cargo space width/length in inches!!!

I was all set to buy a RX tomorrow but I'm panicking because I'm not sure I can fit my son's science poster in the cargo space as I've been able to in my boring van.

I really really would like to buy it but I'm afraid it's too small.

I need the back opening dimensions, and width (with rear seats folded) above the tires. I've looked everywhere I can think of (the dealership is too far away to go there) but haven't been able to find this info. Please help!

I would strongly urge you take the object (project) with you and test it out. The opening sizes are very deceptive as objects are 3 dimensional.

The openings have intrusions behind it (rear wheel wells).

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried it out and the poster fit easily so I bought it - I just hope I don't regret waiting for the 2009 model....

Dont let the buyer's remorse set in.

Enjoy the vehicle you have and for sure next year's model will be an improvement. Then there will be incremental improvement the year after.

We all have our reasons.

A child's important project being higher than other considerations seems like right priority call. Some exhibits have to me moved from school, to district to state level.

If any one was an avid golfer, they will make their selection based on whether their golf bag will fit or not.

My take was they were going to (and did) buy a car now, the size of the cargo area being 1 consideration of which car to choose. The comment was based on possibly regreting buying now when next years model will be redesign. I'm not sure why they bought the car, but a persumption of stupidity is usually not productive. Offense taken.
