I think Lexmex tried an additive ... did search came back empty .. On the other hand the search may have had too many hits

Tell us why? Is there a problem you are trying to solve? Preventive? Experimental?

I personally am against additives ... as much as possible and then again only if there is some problem. Possible unknown side-affects make me cautious.. I think the reason you asked will be the same.

I have tried the lucas trans fix with good results. But I only put in 1/4 of the bottle. It is very thick stuff, but it does disolve very well.

I liked the stuff for the short time I used it (as other members remember that I had the infamous tranny incident one day later, a.k.a., something went bump). But as my colleagues mentioned it is thick and 1/4 of the bottle is what I would use. However, unless you have some issue as Salim mentioned, I don't see a 100% reason to use it.

Default Synthetic

SYNTHETIC OIL- I put in a full load of AMSOIL Tranny Fluid & that solved the whole issue. I had a shop flush out the old oil I Have 30K on the synthetic as of today. Also changed all the other lubes with synthetic.
