I checked the manual and could not find it. Can you tell which page describes the reset?

Reviving an old thread. I have an 04 RX330 and I need to change some Lexus Personalized Settings or CBEST settings. Does anyone have a list off these settings? Can this only be done with a Techstream?
I can't handle the headlights staying on for 30 seconds after I shut the car off, and I want all the doors to unlock when I put the car in park, or press the unlock button once. And if there a list of all the settings, I'm sure I'd change more.
